The Hilariously Awkward Reaction Kylie Kelce Had To Learning Zoo Keepers Play Taylor Swift To Help Tigers Mate

Kylie Kelce had a hilariously awkward but totally understandable reaction to learning zoo keepers play Taylor Swift music to help tigers mate. After all, that's her future sister-in-law.

Kelce appeared at the Philadelphia Zoo for her Wave Original series Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce. She was curious to learn about the animals. But she soon learned a strange fact that left her blushing. The zookeepers revealed they played a Taylor Swift song to get the tigers "in the mood."

Kelce visited with Amur tiger Wiz at the zoo. She also learned that the zoo acquired a female tiger named Rory.

"It's a little like Love Island kind of situation here," Maggie Morse, the Philadelphia Zoo's senior director of animal care, said.

"Does she have a favorite? Is it Wiz?" Kylie asked. But Rory favored Wiz's brother Dimitri. Kelce then inquired about the zoo having a baby tiger.

Kylie Kelce Talks Tigers

"It's a lot of Barry White happening," Morse said of the music. "We started playing 'Wood,' actually, Taylor Swift's 'Wood,' back of house."

"That might do it," Kelcie said with a laugh. "Is he a redwood?" She's referencing a line from Taylor Swift's song. "Wood" appeared on Swift's The Life of a Showgirl. The song features plenty of sexual innuendos and also references Kylie's brother-in-law Travis Kelce.

"It's a Japanese maple," Morse replied.

This is referencing Kyli's husband Jason's comments about Travis on their New Heights podcast. The two talked about the song.

"Travis, come on," Jason said at the time. "Redwood tree ain't hard to see... I thought redwood, that's a little bit, that's a generous word, I think. I think if somebody wrote a song about me, it'd be like, 'Japanese maple sometimes can see.' "

So it was all hilariously awkward, but it makes for a great viral video. Overall, Kelce seemed to enjoy her trip to the zoo. We'll keep you updated on if that Taylor Swift music pays off and there is a baby tiger in the zoo's future. Meanwhile, Swift and Travis Kelce have a wedding in their own future.
