The NY Post shared the story of traveler Daniel Dana. The 25-year-old decided to skip the stress of regular travel and try out this new luxury experience. Rather than waiting in long security lines, he arrived at his "dedicated terminal very shortly before his flight was scheduled to depart." However, the benefits do not just surround boarding the plane; they continue while on the flight as well.

Not only was he able to arrive 20 minutes before, but his bags were taken directly onto the flight, and then he was seated in one of the few comfortable leather seats. Then you are provided with a complimentary fruit-and-cheese plate, olives, and free cocktails. Add that to the pleasure of being one of only 20 passengers and extra leg room, and it sounds like a dream. The best part about this private jet-like experience is that it doesn't cost an arm or a leg.

Dana shared that he paid just $615 for his trip with JSX. While that is more than you would pay for your commercial flight, it is a fraction of the cost that you would typically pay for a private jet. This experience is perfect for those who have a little extra budget but are not necessarily fabulously wealthy.

People Are Willing To Pay

Although $615 may seem expensive for a one-way flight, people are willing to pay to travel in style. Either that or they are willing to pay to avoid some of the usual travel hassles. Dana shared his experience in an Instagram video, where he highlighted the best parts of the experience. From the private terminal to the minimal security to the spacious seats, JSX seemed to have it all.

All these good vibes put the passengers in a good mood as well. "Everyone seemed to get along," Dana shared. "Like you actually want to get to know your neighbor." Additionally, he shared that it felt like "a perfect hybrid of commercial and private, without the cost."
